As the Head of Design in SP Group, a leading energy utilities company in Asia Pacific and one of Singapore’s largest corporations, Priscilla works with internal teams to create products that satisfy users and drive business goals. She coaches internal teams to answer two important questions – “Why should we build this?” and “How would this affect our users, business and the nation?” SP Design uses Lean Startup methodology to develop products in EnergyTech, guided by an overarching purpose towards sustainability.

Back in the day, Khai Seng was lucky enough to start in a job that paid him to quietly observe people and listen to them talk in order to design better solutions. Currently, he heads up the Foolproof Singapore team, an experience design agency headquartered in the UK.
