Summary of 10+ years: UX Research is a team sport that I drive at Aleph. Previously worked with Singtel and peer-to-peer ridesharing champions (Grab Singapore, OLA) and at a global science, technology & innovation leader (A*Star Singapore) in Asia.
My teams play in agile to quickly understand the unknowns in the users' complex world. We move forward extremely fast but stable to empower the design and product teams with actionable user insights that allow them to act on the right and critical user requirements immediately.
I actively do hands-on research but I spend most of my time expanding and improving my UX research teams. Usually, my UX days are full of strategizing the UX research gameplay and product roadmaps, coordinating with other teams, mentoring my researchers and building a culture of user-centered & research-oriented UX process in the company.
